REMOTE OPERATIONS – MONTHLY RETAINER PACKAGES
BASIC: 6,000 PLN / month
- Best for: Companies with minimal or dormant operations in Poland.
- Scope: Passive monitoring, supplier verification (1/month), risk filtering.
- Reporting: 1 Executive Summary report per month.
- Communication: Email-based, 48h response time.
STANDARD: 10,000 PLN / month
- Best for: Companies with regular supply chain or production cycles.
- Scope: Active supplier & contractor oversight, deadline control, operational representation.
- Reporting: Bi-weekly operational reports.
- Communication: Direct contact, 24h response time.
PRO: 16,000 PLN / month
- Best for: Continuous production, complex logistics, and project management.
- Scope: Full coordination of warehousing, deliveries, and quality control. High-level project supervision.
- Reporting: Weekly detailed reporting.
- Communication: Priority access (SLA).
ADDITIONAL OPERATIONAL FEES
- On-site Visit / Inspection: 2,000 PLN + travel expenses.
- Covers: Full day of senior-level inspection, travel time, and final audit report.
- Emergency Intervention (<24h notice): 3,000 PLN + travel expenses.
- Ad-hoc Technical Support / Consultations: 500 PLN / hour.
- Note: This rate applies to any tasks exceeding the monthly package scope
Greenfield & Operational Setup: Managed on a Monthly Retainer + Success Fee basis (calculated as a percentage of total investment value). Individual proposal required
Notes:
• On‑site visits, inspections and travel are not included in monthly packages.
• The PRO package includes one on‑site visit per month within the region.
• All additional visits are billed at the standard rate.
